David Murphy
David is the founding shareholder of Azimuth Risk Management Ltd.
He is also President of the Foxbridge Group of Companies that provides Multi-Phased Project Management, Project Restructuring, Property Management and Investment services.
David remains active as a real estate developer in Alberta and British Columbia.
Over the past 15 years David has been brought into large and complex insolvency situations that require extensive restructuring of troubled 3rd party real estate asset pools and syndications. These require both financial and managerial expertise.
He performs this work on behalf of a variety of stakeholders in any given project including, principals, investors, trades, receivers, monitors and trusts.
Rob Petersen
Rob is a former machinist with a track record in business restructuring. He is the founding shareholder of Wheelhouse Support - an Alberta-based stakeholder information provider.
Wheelhouse's mission is to bridge communications between companies and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and ensure information is clearly and concisely communicated to all parties.
Through Wheelhouse, Rob provides a wide range of professional services including management support, investor relations, administrative support, and investor voting.
His integrity, accuracy, and passion for detail has forged strong relationships with a wide range of business clients across western Canada who count on him for success.
From crisis management to relationship building and all points in between, Rob brings companies and stakeholders closer together.
Fred Mertz
Fred is one of the founders and the Director of Partner Relations and Acquisitions at Ox + Plow Agriculture.
Fred is a designated CPA and CGA, running his own specialized tax planning and advisory business, Fred Mertz Professional Corp. He has operated this business for the past 32 years with a dedicated focus exclusively on farming and ranching families.
Fred also is a licensed real estate agent, dealing exclusively with agricultural land deals.
Fred has served on a number of for-profit and non-profit boards and committees, where his farming knowledge, professional experience, and love for the sector are an incredible asset.
When Fred isn’t cultivating his ag business, he can be found enjoying the beauty of the Canmore mountains with his family.
